JOB PURPOSE
Planning and coordinating to ensure smooth functioning of Accounts & Finance activities i.e. controlling of plant accounts, GST including controlling of all form & assessment of Service Tax & Plant TDS returns with MIS reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the entire Accounts functions & fund availability for smooth working.
• Responsible for submission of plant details for finalization of Balance Sheet, Tax Audit, submission of Income Tax returns & their assessments
• Overall responsible for annual plant budget & MIS report
• Overall is responsible for GST, Service Tax/TDS & submission of returns & their assessments.
• Responsible for adequate insurance coverage of the plant.
• Co- ordination with statutory, internal, external auditors
• Co-ordination with internal customers for various planning/plant improvement.
• Co-ordination with the corporate IT department. & local support officer for smooth working.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Knowledge of finalization of Accounts & Tax audit
• Knowledge of finalization of assessments of Income Tax, GST related issues.
• Knowledge of supply chain accounting & activities
• Managerial Skills
• Negotiation & liasioning skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications CA Inter
Experience 7-8 years’ experience in the Accounts department in medium/large manufacturing units.

Job Title Assistant Officer/Officer- QC
Function Quality Control
Location Sahibabad
JOB PURPOSE
(A two to three-line statement outlining the objective or the reason for which the job exists.)
• WORKING IN THE ENTIRE THREE SHIFT AND ENSURE THE QUALITY OF RM, PM, AND FINISHED GOOD.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sampling of all Incoming Packing material, raw material, intermediate product, and outgoing finished goods as per Quality Plan.
• Analysis of all Incoming Raw material, packing material consignment as per Quality Plan.
• Analysis of all Intermediate products and Outgoing Finished goods batches as per Quality Plan.
• Prepare test report of all RM, PM, Intermediate product & FG and keep proper records of all documents relating to the QC department.
• Inspection of all Packed Finished goods as per Quality Plan and authorized to give clearance if material conforms to the requirement.
• Clear all MRN’s of raw material and packing material in BAAN.
• Check raw water, ETP water, and water samples received from utilities.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Timely clearance of incoming material, Intermediate product & outgoing materials
• Zero customer complaint
• Zero accident in the deptt.
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications B. Sc with Chemistry
Specific experience 2-3 yrs. Experience in the chemical/paint industry
Overall experience 4-5 yrs.
