Position Intended Business Development Manager

Compensation As per Experience

Expected Target required to be achieved   3Cr – 5Cr / P.A.

Competency Sales of fragrances/ Flavours/ Essential Oils to FMCG companies   (Home Care/ Personnel Care/ Health Care/ Food )

Requirements

  Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and building and maintaining client relationships.

  Proficiency in English

  Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

  Fast learner and passion for sales

  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

  Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  Achieving sales target

  Acquiring Key Customers with Nation Wide Presence

  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  Achieving customer satisfaction by making a proactive presentation about current market trends, upcoming product concepts, and new products in line with their core business and also by providing pre/ post-sales assistance.

  Achieving business growth through identifying and penetrating new markets

  Delivering customized fragrances by working with the R&D department to develop offerings in line with customer-specific briefs. 

  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  Understanding various aspects of customer requirements. Seeing the business through the eyes of internal and external customers. Makes concrete attempts in addressing customer’s problems

  Anticipating needs and scheduling work effectively. Reviewing plans and measuring progress regularly.

  Internal Evaluation of Fragrances. Categorization of Fragrances for Different Application

  Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
